Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual. These terms cover your access to this site, use of its documentation and examples, and related rights and responsibilities. App purchases and use are also subject to applicable store rules and the app’s license terms.

1. Site Content and Scope

This site provides guidance on verifying the genuine app, initial setup, rule-based routing, and Settings options to help users understand Shadowrocket’s features and workflows. Examples explain what parameters mean; they do not guarantee suitability for any particular network, device, or business environment.

The app interface may change with updates. Features available in your app are the ones shown in the app itself. Check the App Store listing for system requirements, device compatibility, and whether the purchase is universal. Before following any instructions, review your current settings and avoid applying examples that do not fit your setup.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

When accessing this site or using Shadowrocket, comply with the laws, regulations, network policies, and service agreements that apply where you are. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for confirming that you are authorized to access the resources you target, and for the server details and configuration you enter, as well as your actions.

Keep your account details, subscription links, and connection credentials secure. Do not disclose them in public feedback. Before changing DNS, rules, or On Demand settings, consider saving your existing configuration and testing changes individually once you understand their effects. If you use a work device or managed network, obtain the necessary permission first.

3. App Purchases and Connection Services

Shadowrocket is a closed-source commercial app distributed only on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. App Store is the only place to get it. Before purchasing, use the genuine app verification guide to check the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official icon, and app ID 932747118.

The app is a one-time purchase; it does not include a service plan. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend proxy servers or subscription services. The instructions assume you already have your own subscription or server details. Obtain these details from your service provider. Payments, refunds, restoring purchases, and purchase eligibility are handled according to the App Store’s displayed options and applicable rules.

4. Availability and Liability

The app is sold on the App Store. This site’s documentation does not replace the store’s transaction rules or the app’s license. Network conditions, provider status, device settings, and system updates can all affect connection results. We do not guarantee that this site will always be available or that the documented steps will produce the same results in every environment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for unavailability, data loss, or indirect losses resulting from reliance on the documentation, configuration changes, or connection interruptions. Back up important configurations. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit any consumer rights you have under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property and Citations

The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related intellectual property belong to its developer or their respective rights holders. Public display of the official icon and app materials on this site does not transfer any rights. Accessing the documentation does not grant a license to copy, modify, or redistribute the app.

When citing this site, preserve the technical context accurately and credit the source. Do not edit material and present it as a complete official statement. Reproduction, use of materials, or commercial use beyond what is permitted by law requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

6. Changes to These Terms and Feedback

We may revise these terms to reflect content or feature changes or updates to applicable rules. Revisions will be posted on this page, with the month of the latest update shown at the top. Revised terms apply to visits made after publication. Matters requiring separate notice by law will be handled as required by applicable law.

For help with an operation, see the tutorial’s instructions and troubleshooting guide. For settings questions, consult the Settings reference. When sending feedback, describe the relevant page, steps, and what happened, and remove personal information and connection credentials. For purchase issues, follow the process provided by the App Store.
