1. Documentation and scope

This site provides guidance on getting and configuring Shadowrocket. Tutorials assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. We do not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscriptions, and we do not deliver connectivity services, manage accounts, or handle renewals on behalf of service providers. Contact your provider for subscription links and server settings.

A one-time app purchase is not a connectivity plan. Buying the app grants the right to use the client; it does not include a server, connection allowance, or provider account. Check app purchase issues and connectivity service issues separately. An app purchase record does not mean that connectivity service has been activated.

2. Accuracy and interface changes

Tutorials reflect the interface and settings that could be verified when they were written. App updates, device types, and system settings may change where options appear, the wording of prompts, or which options are available. Interface labels such as Home, Config, and Settings remain in English; follow what is shown on your device.

We aim to keep the documentation accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will always cover every network environment or configuration. Rule examples explain matching logic and are not complete configurations for every use case. 3. Getting and purchasing the app

Shadowrocket is a paid app for Apple platforms, primarily used on iPhone and iPad. The only way to get it is through the App Store product page (opens in a new window). Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official icon, and app ID 932747118.

Refer to the App Store listing for the price, currency, compatible devices, system requirements, and whether the purchase is universal. Information here about the one-time purchase does not set prices for any storefront. Eligibility for restoring purchases, payment, and refunds is subject to the store’s terms and prompts.

4. Configuration and user responsibilities

Before changing Config, DNS, Global Routing, or On Demand, keep a recoverable copy of your current configuration and confirm the purpose of each change. Verify the result afterward. Rule order, server settings, and your current network can all affect connectivity; a single test does not guarantee ongoing availability or performance.

Keep subscription links, passwords, and keys secure. Remove sensitive information before sharing logs or configurations, and make sure you are legally entitled to use the servers and network involved. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee outcomes for connection interruptions or related losses caused by incorrect settings, overwritten configurations, or changes in a provider’s service. This disclaimer does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
